Careers
Ready to start your new chapter at an innovative medical company, positively impacting our community’s wellness?
You Asked. We Answered.
We hire only regular, full-time, employees. These are not contract or temporary jobs. If hired, you will work for only one company, and will appear in all aspects as their regular employee.
For certain positions, after a minimum length of service and after meeting certain performance goals, you may be considered for promotion and direct hire by the client company.
Newly hired employees are eligible for a full complement of medical/dental/vision insurance, FSA/HSA accounts, life insurance, LTD/STD coverage, pet insurance, 401k, and PTO/sick time. Eligibility timeframes vary by benefit and will be provided with your offer letter.
Yes, since our clients have different hiring criteria, we recruit and hire you specifically to fill an opening at a particular company.
Our goal is that you will be an absolute rockstar and that after the minimum time period, you will be offered a promotion and hired directly by the client.
Not necessarily. Some clients require it, and others do not require medical sales specifically, but do require business to business (B2B) sales experience.
In almost all cases, you need to have been responsible for meeting a quota for it to qualify as “sales” experience.
In general, we are looking for highly motivated, ultra-competitive, hungry, go-getters.
People that have been successful with our clients usually have at least 1 year of solid business to business sales experience and a bachelor’s degree, but each client’s and each position’s requirements vary.
Make sure your resume is up to date and accurately showcases your relevant experience.
If you were responsible for quotas, include those and any other performance metrics.
We highly recommend including a picture and your LinkedIn profile link.
Please navigate to our Careers page and apply for the specific job you are interested in.
We receive a high volume of resumes each day and do not have time to respond to each submission.
If we are interested in finding out more about you, we will email you requesting a video interview.
Please make sure you check your spam folder and add the domain “@applytojob.com” to your address book to ensure your receive our emails.
The short answer is it depends. Many of our roles require you to live in the designated metropolitan area because they involve calling in-person on medical/healthcare facilties.
Other positions are inside sales and can be done from a home office; usually these require coverage of a certain time zone.
We mirror our client’s internal policies and those will be shared in the initial stages of the interview process.
If at any time you are not comfortable complying with the requirements of the particular company you are being considered for, you are not obligated to continue the process.
